Late Winter and Early Spring is mating time for most of our native amphibian species. Washington's official State Amphibian, the Pacific Chorus Frog is no exception. On a walk near the wetlands at Lacey's McAllister Grove Community Park, the call of male chorus frogs defending their territory was in full display.
